Once we've reviewed your application, one of our team members will contact you for a brief phone call to arrange an in-person interview. This helps us understand your strengths and match you to suitable roles.

Step 3: Compliance & Documentation

You'll be asked to provide necessary documents such as proof of ID, work rights, tickets/licences (if required), and banking/tax information. We’ll also cover any relevant safety inductions and ensure you’re work-ready.

Step 4: Job Matching & Placement

Once you’re onboarded, we’ll match you with available roles that suit your skills and preferences. For Labour Hire, this could mean starting a job as early as the next day. For Recruitment, we’ll keep you informed and involved as we find the right long-term fit.

Step 5: Start Work & Get Ongoing Support

Once you’re placed in a role, you’ll receive all the details you need to get started - job location, hours, and what to bring. We’ll ensure you're paid on time each week and stay in touch to make sure everything’s running smoothly. Our team is always here if you need assistance or have any questions on the job.
