Getting Started: Your Journey with ODC Solutions

Once you’re onboarded, we’ll match you with available roles that suit your skills and preferences. For Labour Hire, this could mean starting a job as early as the next day. For Recruitment, we’ll keep you informed and involved as we find the right long-term fit.
Step 5: Start Work & Get Ongoing Support
Once you’re placed in a role, you’ll receive all the details you need to get started - job location, hours, and what to bring.
